DeVon J. Prioleau
DeVon J. Prioleau, a native New Yorker, founded PRI-O-LEAU Development Group LLC in 2007 which sought to uniquely combine his two areas of formal study – balancing the vision and creativity of the architect with the operational and practical perspectives of the developer.
During the early stages of his career, Prioleau was responsible for the architectural and development standards of both domestic and international projects; assisting corporate owners and institutional investors in the design and construction of their multi-billion dollar real estate portfolios. His ability to provide in-house planning, design, construction and management services from a single source has proven to add value for his clients. Now an independent consultant, Prioleau uses the same skill-set he acquired and honed in the corporate sector to help a variety of local municipalities, profit and not-for-profit entities capitalize on their business opportunities.
